Ladybug is an interesting variation on Pac-man where the object is to collect all the pills and avoid the animals that infest the maze. Though something different from Pac-man is the ability to rotate some of the walls.

The graphics are fairly standard 2D Pac-man style graphics but the Ladybug variation of ghosts are very well drawn. They are lobsters, crabs and other animals that just happen to be in the maze with you.

The game play is pretty good, there’s no Power Pills like Pac-man has, but there is something Pac-man doesn’t have – the ability to go through walls. Not just any walls, though, only some of them. And when you go through, you rotate them. This can be used to your advantage to block corridors and trap the enemies and is quite entertaining.

The music and sounds, where they appeared, were quite accurate and definitely added a fun air to the game and suited it well.

This game is fun, challenging and exciting. It’s not violent so it's fun for kids, and they can learn about the different animals in the game, too.
